August Fab Bag 2016!

Hello everyone!

I’m back with another Fab bag review. As promised much earlier this time. Also I received my Fab bag on the 2nd this month which was a big big yay! Every month before I actually receive it I do have an idea of what’s coming my way. Yes, I’m really impatient! This month on the other hand I was amongst those who received their bags the earliest. I couldn’t have been more happier, as I had no clue whatsoever of what’s inside or what the bag looked like. It’s an excitement that I cannot describe in words. This month’s theme is The What The Chic August Fab Bag!

This month I was given an option to choose one makeup product from the brand Geri G (Keep reading to know what I picked). Also I could pick the bags from the previous month. Since I already owned it, I opted for the August Fab bag.

This month’s Fab bag is a black and pink polka dot bag as you can see. I received 5 products this month.

The first product is the Just Herbs Malabar Lemongrass Invigorating Body Wash (Rs. 545 for 200 ml) I received 50 ml of product. It has a strong lemongrass fragrance to it. It is paraben & SLS/SLES free. I enjoy using different body washes every now and then and hence I’m looking forward to try this soon.

The second product is a sample size product which is Kronokare Anti Turm (Oil) Repairing Hair Oil (Rs. 2875 for 500 ml). I received a sample size of 30 ml. This oil has an amazing ingredient list. It’s 100% natural. The full size product is quite on the expensive side. Initially I wasn’t really looking forward on trying this oil. But the ingredients has really impressed me and I will be trying the oil pretty soon.

The third product is the one you’re waiting for. Yes, the one I chose. It’s the Geri G. Blending Powder Cheek/ Eye Duo. This retails for Rs.2500. The products that I had an option to choose from was this (obviously) or foundation or lip glosses from the same brand. I opted for this as this is a very versatile product. Can be used as a blush or an eyeshadow. It has two pretty shimmery shades. Both shades can be used individually or can even be mixed to create the third beautiful shade. I loved it and I cannot wait to try it soon! 😀

The fourth product is the Natural Bath & Body Gel Face Masque (Rs. 325 for 100 ml) I received a deluxe sample size product of 50 ml. It is a gel face masque enriched with grapefruit and vitamin C. I tried this once and it’s a very light face masque. Nothing too harsh on the skin. It has a fruity citrus scent to it. I am not a fan of the scent though. This product is paraben free too.

The last product is samples of Livon serum (Rs. 215 for 100 ml) I love Livon for my hair and I wanted to try the new version of it. I was happy to see 3 samples of it in my fab bag as now I can try it before I go ahead and buy the full size product. Excited to try this one too!
