The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Body Scrub: Review

The Body Shop fuji green tea range consists of a body wash (Rs.425 for 250 ml), a body scrub (Rs.1295 for 250 ml), a exfoliating soap (Rs.595 for 100g), a body sorbet (Rs.795 for 200 ml), a body lotion (Rs.695 for 250 ml), a body butter (Rs.1095 for 200 ml) and Eau de cologne (Rs.1295 for 100 ml).

Today I’m reviewing The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Body Scrub.

The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Body Scrub: Review 

The body scrub comes in a transparent jar with a silver cap. It is a gel based scrub with white micro granules and green beads that helps you to exfoliate your skin gently. The scent of this range is one of the major reason I ended up buying this scrub. The scent is absolutely refreshing. On my dull days I keep reaching out to this scrub for its refreshing smell and it helps me to uplift my mood instantly in the morning. Personally I am not a fan of sweet fruity fragrances and hence something that consists of green tea notes in it had to get my eye.

In spite of being a gentle scrub, it cleans and smooths the skin really well. I use it on my damp skin massaging in circular motion. After I rinse it off it leaves my skin feeling absolutely soft and doesn’t leave any residue on my skin which I love.

The scent isn’t heavy and hence doesn’t really linger after a bath but it definitely leaves my bathroom smelling like a spa. To layer the scent for a longer period of time you could also use the body butter or the body lotion from the same range or you could also try the Eau de cologne from this range to help you smell fresh throughout the day. I am definitely looking forward to try more products from this range as I absolutely love the scent as you can probably tell by now 😛
